BHUTAN – Zhemgang in Bhutan, formerly known as Shemgang, is one of the 20 dzongkhags (districts) of Bhutan. It is situated in the southern part of Trongsa in the central-southern region of Bhutan. Traditionally, this region is referred to as Kheng, and the local inhabitants speak the Khengpa language.
